You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior and transfer your investment cost to that appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or are a "no-show", you will have to pay the investment cost for another appointment. Refunds are not provided.

If you selected the "split pay" option, you MUST complete all payments BEFORE your session. If your payments are not complete prior to your session, your appointment will be canceled until the payments are complete. Then the appointment may be scheduled.

The results of this session are solely up to you. Karen Baxter, Ms. Creative CEO is not responsible for your success, you are. You agree that you must put in the work to get the results you desire. You agree and acknowledge that there are no refunds available.
